βœ… Team Leadership & Supervision – Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and agents to achieve high performance and engagement.
βœ… Process Optimization – Analyze and improve operational processes to drive efficiency and ensure service excellence.
βœ… Client Relationship Management – Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring expectations are met and SLAs & KPIs are aligned.
βœ… Performance Management – Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure adherence to SLAs, and drive quality assurance.
βœ… Budget & Resource Management – Manage budgets, forecast staffing needs, and allocate resources efficiently.
βœ… Quality Assurance & Compliance – Implement strict quality control measures and ensure regulatory compliance.
βœ… Risk & Issue Management – Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and handle escalated issues.
βœ… Training & Development – Develop training programs and continuous learning initiatives for operational teams.
βœ… Technology & Tools Management – Ensure operational systems and tools are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
βœ… Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement – Develop long-term strategies to drive operational growth and innovation.

βœ” Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
βœ” Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a BPO or customer service environment.
βœ” Proven expertise in team leadership, process optimization, and client relationship management.
βœ” Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
βœ” Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
βœ” Proficiency in CRM, WFM, and operational management tools.
βœ” Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
