Team Leadership & Supervision β Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and agents to achieve high performance and engagement.

Process Optimization β Analyze and improve operational processes to drive efficiency and ensure service excellence.

Client Relationship Management β Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring expectations are met and SLAs & KPIs are aligned.

Performance Management β Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure adherence to SLAs, and drive quality assurance.

Budget & Resource Management β Manage budgets, forecast staffing needs, and allocate resources efficiently.

Quality Assurance & Compliance β Implement strict quality control measures and ensure regulatory compliance.

Risk & Issue Management β Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and handle escalated issues.

Training & Development β Develop training programs and continuous learning initiatives for operational teams.

Technology & Tools Management β Ensure operational systems and tools are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.

β Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
β Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a BPO or customer service environment.
β Proven expertise in team leadership, process optimization, and client relationship management.
β Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
β Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
β Proficiency in CRM, WFM, and operational management tools.
β Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
