As part of their growth strategy in Canada, they are seeking a Sales Representative β Generalist to drive business expansion, manage key accounts, and develop strategic partnerships in the Toronto metro area.
What Youβll Do
As a Sales Representative, you will:

Develop and execute a territory sales plan to increase market share and revenue.
β
Drive new business opportunities through cold calling, account management, and presentations.
β
Build strong relationships within key industries, leveraging your existing network.
β
Manage a sales pipeline, track all interactions in CRM systems (Salesforce), and exceed targets.
β
Coordinate with operations & logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution.
β
Provide technical sales assistance, offering expertise in power and temperature control solutions.
Must-Have Qualifications
β Proven track record of maintaining an annual sales budget of $3M – $4M.
β Experience in power and temperature control solutions (or related industries).
β Existing network or book of business in the targeted sectors.
β Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) for customer relationship management.
β Equipment rental industry experience.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
β Bilingual (French/English) to support a wider client base in Canada.
β Undergraduate degree in Engineering (preferred, but not required).
β Experience managing and expanding a sales territory with a strategic mindset.
β General knowledge of power generators, diesel engines, HVAC equipment, and electrical distribution systems.
