As part of their growth strategy in Canada, they are seeking a Sales Representative – Generalist to drive business expansion, manage key accounts, and develop strategic partnerships in the Toronto metro area.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Representative, you will:

βœ… Develop and execute a territory sales plan to increase market share and revenue.
βœ… Drive new business opportunities through cold calling, account management, and presentations.
βœ… Build strong relationships within key industries, leveraging your existing network.
βœ… Manage a sales pipeline, track all interactions in CRM systems (Salesforce), and exceed targets.
βœ… Coordinate with operations & logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution.
βœ… Provide technical sales assistance, offering expertise in power and temperature control solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications

βœ” Proven track record of maintaining an annual sales budget of $3M – $4M.
βœ” Experience in power and temperature control solutions (or related industries).
βœ” Existing network or book of business in the targeted sectors.
βœ” Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) for customer relationship management.
βœ” Equipment rental industry experience.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

βž• Bilingual (French/English) to support a wider client base in Canada.
βž• Undergraduate degree in Engineering (preferred, but not required).
βž• Experience managing and expanding a sales territory with a strategic mindset.
βž• General knowledge of power generators, diesel engines, HVAC equipment, and electrical distribution systems.
