About the Role
Are you a SIEM expert with a passion for cybersecurity and pre-sales strategy? Our client, a market-leading AI-powered cybersecurity company, is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer – SIEM Specialist to join their team. In this high-impact role, you will drive business growth by providing pre-sales technical expertise for a next-generation cloud-native SIEM, XDR, and SOAR platform.
As a trusted technical advisor, you will lead Proof of Value (PoV) engagements from start to finish, including implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of SIEM solutions. Your ability to engage with enterprise clients, demonstrate technical capabilities, and align security solutions with business needs will be crucial to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Deliver pre-sales technical support, including live demonstrations and deep-dive discussions on SIEM solutions
🔹 Lead full-cycle Proof of Value (PoV) engagements, managing SIEM implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization independently
🔹 Develop strong relationships with potential and existing enterprise clients in Florida and Georgia
🔹 Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor on cybersecurity solutions
🔹 Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to position the platform effectively
🔹 Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging cybersecurity threats
What We’re Looking For
✅ Must reside in Florida or Georgia with established industry connections
✅ 7+ years of experience in security analytics, with a strong focus on SIEM technologies
✅ Minimum 2 years in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or consulting role
✅ Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, NetWitness, McAfee SIEM)
✅ Proficiency in Python, Perl, or Bash scripting for automation
✅ Strong understanding of network security, Linux administration, and incident response
✅ Exceptional communication skills to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Nice-to-Have Skills
✨ Experience with Cloud Security & XDR solutions
✨ Certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, or Splunk Architect
